How it works

Three stages, about ten days

We recruit in full compliance with the Ethiopian Overseas Employment Proclamation, and we move quickly without cutting corners.

Recruitment
Candidates are selected against our partners' requirements and our own assessment, which weighs attitude, work ethic and reliability.

Processing
Documentation, medical examination, visa and Ministry of Labor clearance. Workers are typically ready to deploy in about 10 days.

Deployment and follow-up
Pre-departure orientation on travel, the job and workplace conduct, then continuous follow-up on safety and wellbeing after arrival.

Capital and guarantee

20 million ETB paid-up capital and a security deposit of about 38 million ETB (USD 250,000) to protect the rights of deployed workers.

Facility

A premium facility of at least 700 m², equipped for high-volume processing and candidate orientation.

Digital integration

Connected to Ethiopia's Labour Market Information System (E-LMIS) and destination platforms such as Musaned for real-time tracking.
